For international guests, the fee includes 4 nights’ accommodation at a hotel at the ELICC plus airport transfers. Does not include air flights to and from East London.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellations: Written cancellations prior to 16 September 2026 will be charged at 50% of registration cost. Full fees are payable thereafter. You are however welcome to send a substitute without incurring additional fees.
2. Payment must be made prior to commencement of this event.
3. Confirmation: All registrations will be deemed confirmed and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Substitution is permitted at any time provided the name changes are communicated to the organisers by e–mail.
